Bookings.
A 50% deposit (non returnable) will be required on booking, with the remainder required on the drop off date given on booking. All bookings will be taken on a 1st come 1st served basis.
Launch Parties.
Offering private evening launch parties if required, this will be at a small charge. Free glass hire of 120 wine fluted glasses (breakages will be payable per glass.) Packages for catering on request.
Standard of work.
The gallery reserves the right to reject any art that is considered unsuitable. All works submitted to the Imperial Art Gallery will need to be of a non-offensive nature, we will not accept graphic pornography or violent images or sculptures of that nature.
Requirements from artists.
All artists will need to submit a short artist statement about them selves. This will be used to promote you on our web site and gallery. Pieces of work submitted will need a title, size and sale price. (limited editions require the edition number and the total run number) When items are sold, you will able to fill the space with another piece to maximise your exposure. All drawings, paintings and photographs will need to be framed, we offer discount framing for exhibiting artists, (we will need to your pieces of art at least 3 weeks prior to your event, if this service is required.)
The Imperial Art Gallery will support and advise artists to maximize the success of your event.
